A mind map is a visual representation of hierarchical
information that includes a central idea surrounded by connected branches of
associated topics. There are two types of mind map which is associated mind map
and logical mind map. The meaning of logical mind map is it directly connected
to stereotypes, stereotypes means the concept. It means every words in the mind
map are connected to the subject. But, different with associated mind map.
Associated mind map is the opposite of logical mind map. Associated mind map
there is no connection between the words.
The benefit of mind map is we can easily remember the
information, and the concept. Mind map make us more interesting to doing
things, we’ll not be confused of what we have to do. When we make mind map, make
sure we added a lot of information even it is a simple information.

As a
Limkokwing university of a creative technology leader, my first and primary
choice or job will be focused on the choice of a good and professional teamwork
and best employees.First of all, it’s amazing that every year they bring out
new creative and collaborative culture in the work environment. And even I
believe that every member of the organization is valued and treated as a family
member. Organizing and helping every member of LUCT whether a student or any
department head to achieve his or her best result.
Organization:
I will remind the organization members of the shared mission and values of our communityto be the best creative and innovative higher education institute in the world. By focusing on this mission and goal, the community members will make sure that every task they perform is leading the organization towards its ultimate goal and vision. Thirdly, I will make sure that every member of the community, students, lecturers, and all workers are all in good and reliable state. I will communicate with them regularly and as direct as possible to listen complain and make changes and improvements of them when necessary. By applying this approach, every member of the organization will be satisfied and productive.
Management:
Moreover as a leader responsibility and surveying
on the problems I prefer some changes in LUCT. Considering the management
department first, I found out that many students are having hard time with
management when It comes to making payment related to anything whether its fees
or extra classes. As my experience most of them get turned down and not to
attend class because they (students) are being blamed when it’s not their
fault. I will make sure I make some changes to the management so that student’s
life becomes easier and they will not get upset.
Student services: Another thing is improving the education service of several departments like there is no practice lab at Limkokwing , it will be very helpful for all the students. Including more improvements, Parking Lot.(private and public parking): increasing parking supply : this is the first thing that comes in my mind when pondering parking problems and solutions, as a leader I want them to improve this, essentially it gets property manager to build more parking facilities so there will be decrease in traffic because of On-street parking . PLAZA: Improving in equipment, as the students are increasing there’s lack of space to sit. It takes too long to find a chair to sit and have lunch, I prefer to provide more chairs and table so the time won’t be wasted and able to attend classes on time. Print shop: improving in computing service. More printers and more employees, because it takes 1 to 2 hours to wait for the token number and gives very slow service. And sometimes there is only one person who works for two thing printing and binding . Visa department: improving the rules, waiting is the worst thing to do when it comes to lack of time , and the token numbers they provide sometimes they don’t accept there should be separate department where students can tell or ask to solve their problems because taking a token number and waiting in a long lane just to solve a small matter is not appropriate. Computer lab: improving in computers. As students now believe in new changing technologies, the computers are old with old features. The problem is whenever lecturers tries to lecture on projectors or student give presentations it never connects to the new windows laptop or mac books. Focusing on computers at least they should improve or try to update new windows. Limkokwing smoking and nonsmoking zone: bad impact on nonsmokers students by second hand smokers, I think there will be one separate smoking area as other lecturers smokes too and To organize good and healthy environment. Limkokwing hostel : improving on economic scale, as all the students are on fix budget. They have to manage their expenses, the rental or the bills etc. they can’t really afford high rentals for just a room as seeing other condominium having good apartments with cheap price is more convincing but I want to look forward to their prices it’s not acceptable for foreigners and non-foreigner students. As a leader I want to help them to improvise on these few things I truly believe this is the best university I have been to. Reliability and more confidence for other students is more important. Although agreeing on what Limkokwing university is provding students is appreciable , amazing creativities , different culturally events , exploring technologies and bringing all students together. Sacrifice: A leader sacrifices himself in many situations. Juxtaposition:Juxtaposition is a placing of two elements or words side by side and letting the reader or viewer to compare them. This act compares and contrast the two elements and can show irony, humor or sadness. 1. Keywords: communicate, friendly Title: communicate friendly to the students. Description: To be a successful University, the staffs must be friendly to the students with making them comfortable, happy, and satisfied. This will make them talk about our LUCT services to their friends which will attract more students to come to this University to study which will make this university successful in the future. 2. Keywords: leadership, power Title: a leader should know how to use their power. Description: A leader must be responsible to manage his staff properly and appoint to them the things that they must do but as a good leader he must join the energy together to make the working place better. For example a good leader will say “let’s do this work together”, while a bad leader will say “do this work!”. So, In LUCT the leader must know how to use their power so it will be easier to manage the services and manage the students.

Title: Always help to back up your colleague by sharing information.
Description: as a staff at the LUCT, we must be working together
no matter what position, department or which place you are. So, we must
help and always share the work so it would be finish fast and also have a
quality work. Teamwork is always the best solution in the working place
and this will make you know a lot of information from the other staff
that working in different department. This can solve any problem that
you face during your working time. For example you are working in a
bursary department and the students asking you about the marketing
department- as long you have the information that shared by your
colleague you can entertain them and this also will make the students or
their parents satisfied.
